Seeds and legal context
This guide does not sell, ship or recommend seeds. CRS says the amended federal hemp definition uses total THC including THCA, and that relevant provisions will exclude viable seeds from cannabis plants above 0.3% total THC when effective.4
CRS says P.L. 119-103 delayed most of those provisions until December 11, 2026. State and local rules can differ, so this is background information rather than legal advice.4
